Jeff Sutton is one of Canada’s most active and experienced EPFX practitioners, with 11 years in the industry. He was one of the “first wave” of practitioners attracted by the launch of the 3rd generation EPFX.
Jeff’s simple “back to basics,” biological approach to EPFX, stress management, and performance has been well received by peers who are seeking knowledge for making better decisions and explaining concepts to clients. His training events are casual and entertaining, with a good balance of academic and practical information to satisfy all levels of participants.
Jeff is a human biologist, with 7 years of university and college education in sciences, anthropology, and para-medicine. His first professional “stress management” experiences were in handling emergencies as a Search & Rescue specialist with the Canadian Coast Guard and various Emergency First Response services.
